*Orders with preorder items: Order will not ship until all items are ready.

*Orders with in stock items: Order will be dropped off at post office once a week.

Due to USPS delays, please allow up to 3 months for packages to arrive for international. I'm not responsible for shipment delays.

I am not responsible for any customs, VAT, import taxes and fees incured. They must be paid for by the buyer.

Customers from the following countries please include your full name, address in English and your local language: Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Japan

By placing an order you agree to the possible delays and are willing to wait.

If you would like your package to be shipped with faster methods, please contact me BEFORE the order is placed to work out payment.

Q: What shipping do you provide?

A: I currently ship USPS by default. All orders come with tracking number. If you would like faster shipping or a different shipping service, please contact me before placing an order.

 

Q: XXX character isn't listed in the drop down! Are they sold out?

A: Most likely yes. Please check the description on the listing where I usually list the sold out designs.

 

Q: How often do you ship orders?

A: Usually I ship out orders once a week, but not always due to IRL schedules/conventions. Feel free to shoot us an email (moorinaworkATgmailDOTcom) if you have questions about your order.

 

Q: Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

A: Most likely your order included a preorder item. On all preorder listings' descriptions I have written estimated schedule of arrival and ship times for them. Please make sure to double check before ordering. If your items are not preorder, you may shoot us an email, but most likely I got busy with IRL schedules and pushed the shipping date back.
